## Description
The constant tagf adds a constant to the application.
## Usage
as element:
```xml wrap theme={"dark"}
```
### Directive info
* This directive creates new scope.
#### Parameters

| name | **string** | The name of the constant |
| value | **string** | The value of the constant |
